We coordinate with Amazon-authorized carrier partners to book FC delivery appointments. Your freight is picked up on schedule with compliant BOL documentation.

We coordinate with carrier partners who hold Amazon Carrier Central accounts and are authorized to deliver to fulfilment centres. This ensures your shipments are booked through compliant carriers and accepted at the FC.
Can you deliver to any Amazon fulfilment centre in Canada?
Yes. We deliver to all Amazon FCs across Canada: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, and any new facilities Amazon opens. We also coordinate cross-border shipments from the US.
Do you handle FBA prep and labelling?
We coordinate labelling and prep requirements through our partner network. We verify FNSKU labels, carton labels, and pallet configuration meet Amazon's specifications before shipment. We are not a prep centre. We are the freight forwarder that gets your prepped inventory to the FC.
What if Amazon splits my shipment across multiple fulfilment centres?
Multi-FC distributions are routine for us. We split your inventory per Amazon's shipping plan, ensure each pallet set is correctly labelled for its destination, and book separate carrier appointments for each FC.

For domestic shipments, 5-7 business days lead time is ideal. For cross-border shipments requiring customs clearance, allow 10-14 business days. During Q4 peak season (October-December), add an extra week as FC appointment slots fill quickly.
Do you handle Amazon returns or removals?
We can arrange freight for Amazon removal orders, inventory Amazon ships out of their FC back to you. Contact us with the removal order details and destination, and we'll arrange pickup and delivery.
